Financing Your Care

Most people do not plan on needing a root canal and we realize the expense can be a challenge for some patients. Our patients often come to us with complex problems that need customized solutions.  As microscopic, endodontic specialists we offer the state of the art in treatment and the highest quality care available, all  in a comfortable and relaxed environment.    While we cannot offer in-house payment plans we do offer CareCredit as an option for qualified patients.

Dental insurance plans we work with:

  •  Delta Dental Premier.   We will file any insurance for you as a courtesy.  We will also be happy to send out pre-determinations if time permits.  In this digital age much of your insurance information is available to us online, but insurance companies reserve the right to only make a final determination once the claim has been received.  You should be prepared to pay any portions we know insurance will not cover on the date of service.  We will then bill your insurance for the remainder of the charges.  Once your insurance company has paid  you will be expected to cover any remaining balance.  If we cannot verify insurance coverage, then the total amount will be due, but we will still file for you as a courtesy. 

Payment options:

  • Check or Credit Card: Always accepted.
  • CareCredit: Apply online www.carecredit.com or by phone 800-365-8295. 
  • We generally agree to the 6-month payment plan for patients with CareCredit.

Please note: Payment is due at the time of service.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
