Patient Billing

We strive to deliver the finest available endodontic care. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also work with Care Credit. If you have verified insurance, we will file dental claims for you as a courtesy. Any amounts we know will not be covered by your verified insurance are due at the time service is rendered . Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

We will send you a  statement in the billing cycle after your treatment has been started. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
