As you walk through our office, you will notice that everything is clean, comfortable and thoroughly sterilized. Your safety and comfort are our priority.

Honesty and Affordability

Please talk to our scheduling coordinator about fee estimates when you schedule your appointment.  We make every effort to be transparent about our charges, but specialized care sometimes involves additional treatment that may not have been discussed prior to diagnosis.  We will do our best to informed, so please ask if you have questions. Charges are payable at the time of treatment.

Feel free to ask a member of our Front Office staff to review your payment prior to your appointment.  If special arrangements are needed, you must talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.

Additionally, we will submit insurance claims as a courtesy for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.  

Our payment options include Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover. In addition we also offer interest-free financing for qualified patients through CareCredit

By communicating clearly what you can expect during your treatment, we are often able to alleviate dental fear. We encourage you to bring headphones and music to listen to during your treatment and ask us about dental sedation options.
